These terms govern your use of Vantage, a web application provided by VANTAGE BI HUB (BN 9961562), 04, Aba Oko, Oloje Ido, Ido, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria ("we", "us").
Vantage processes performance reports you upload and presents dashboards, staff management and activity tracking tools for business managers and their staff.
Managers register with an email address and are responsible for the staff accounts they create and for keeping login details secure. You must only upload reports you are authorised to access.
The Manager plan costs ₦5,000 per calendar month. Payments are processed by our licensed payment partner. Your due date is fixed each month, and a 5 day grace period applies after it. If payment is not received by the end of the grace period, access for the manager and their staff is paused until payment is made.
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Vantage presents figures from the reports you upload. We work to keep the service accurate and available but are not liable for decisions made from incorrect source reports or for indirect losses.
We may update these terms and will notify subscribers by email of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
