• Report data you upload, and activity logged by staff (calls and field visits).
• Payment confirmation details from our payment partner. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve the service, process subscriptions, and send service emails such as reminders and alerts.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Vantage (hosting, email and payment processing), or when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is stored securely with role based access. Recent report data is kept live in the application and older data is archived securely.
